My Story:

My journey in sports management began with a deep passion for helping athletes unlock their full potential. As a licensed FIFA Football Agent and MMA Manager, I founded NPM Sports Management with the vision of providing athletes with the representation, guidance, and opportunities they deserve — both inside and outside the arena.

With a strong foundation in business, athlete management, and contract negotiation, I’ve built my career around supporting athletes at every stage of their professional journey. Whether it’s securing fair contracts, identifying marketing opportunities, or helping shape long-term career strategies, my mission is to ensure each client feels fully supported, valued, and prepared for lasting success.

Armed with an MBA and a BS in Business Administration, I bring a balance of strategic thinking and genuine care for athlete development. My hands-on experience in marketing, scouting, and contract management has allowed me to understand every layer of the sports industry — from the business side to the athlete’s day-to-day realities.
